These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of nexxavo.com (the “Site”) and any related services, including our free Amazon PPC & listing audits and paid optimization/management services (collectively, the “Services”), provided by Nexxavo (“Nexxavo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

The Site and Services are intended for businesses and individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally authorized to represent the Amazon seller/vendor account or business submitted for audit. By using the Site, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Description of Services

Nexxavo provides Amazon-focused marketing services, including but not limited to free PPC and listing audits, advertising campaign management, listing optimization, and related consulting (the “Services”). Details, scope, and pricing of paid Services are set out separately in a proposal, order form, or service agreement between Nexxavo and the client, which forms a separate binding contract in addition to these Terms.

3. Free Audit Disclaimer

Our free Amazon PPC & listing audit is provided as an informational and promotional service based on data you provide and/or publicly available or authorized account data. The audit:

  • Reflects observations and recommendations at a specific point in time
  • Does not guarantee any specific increase in sales, ranking, conversion rate, or advertising performance
  • Should not be considered financial, legal, or professional business advice
  • May require account access authorization from you to complete, which you provide voluntarily and can revoke at any time

Any results, case studies, or performance figures referenced on the Site are illustrative of past client outcomes and are not a guarantee of similar results for your business, as results depend on factors outside our control (including product category, competition, marketplace policies, and ad spend).

4. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or other users’ data
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Site without our written permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of the Site

6. Account Access & Client-Provided Information

If you grant Nexxavo access to your Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, or advertising account for the purposes of an audit or engagement, you represent that you are authorized to grant such access. You remain responsible for your Amazon account and its compliance with Amazon’s own policies; Nexxavo is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may reference or link to third-party platforms (including Amazon) and tools. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ANY FREE AUDIT OR CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
